tickets.
The first 1,000 people to join the Gigged waitlist at gigged.fm are automatically entered into a prize draw. One winner will receive two tickets to one live music event of their choosing, worth up to £300 including tax and fees (approximately $390 USD). The promotion opens at 1:00 p.m. BST on 8 October 2026 and closes at 6:00 p.m. GMT on 20 November 2026, or when 1,000 entries are received, whichever comes first. The draw only goes ahead if all 1,000 places are filled — see section 04.
01Who runs it
This promotion is run by Audrey Stiffle trading as Gigged, 2758 N. Racine Ave., Chicago, IL 60614, United States ("the Promoter"), reachable at gigged.fm and hello@gigged.fm. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, TikTok, Instagram, Meta or any other social platform. By entering, each entrant releases these platforms from any responsibility relating to this promotion.
02Who can enter
The promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and the United States (the 50 states and Washington D.C.). Entrants must be 18 or over at the time of entry and must also have reached the age of majority in their state or country of residence. Employees of the Promoter, anyone involved in running this promotion, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
03How to enter
No purchase is necessary. To enter, submit a valid email address to the waitlist at gigged.fm before the closing time. Entry is free, and each person may enter once. The Promoter may disqualify entries it reasonably believes were submitted by the same person using multiple email addresses or accounts. Only the first 1,000 eligible entries are entered into the draw.
Everyone who joined the Gigged waitlist before these rules were published is automatically entered into the draw. No extra form or action is needed, and their place in the first 1,000 is counted from the date and time they originally joined. These entrants must meet the eligibility requirements in section 02 to receive the prize.
Entries generated by scripts, bots or other automated means, or submitted through third-party services, are void.
By entering, you agree to these official rules and to the Promoter's decisions, which are final in all matters relating to this promotion.
04Entry period
The promotion opens at 1:00 p.m. BST on 8 October 2026 and closes at 6:00 p.m. GMT on 20 November 2026, or when 1,000 eligible entries have been received, whichever occurs first. If the 1,000-entry limit is reached early, the Promoter will post a notice on gigged.fm. Entries received after the closing time, or after 1,000 entries have been received, are not entered into the draw.
The draw goes ahead only if all 1,000 places are filled. If fewer than 1,000 eligible entries have been received by the closing time, the promotion will be cancelled, no prize will be awarded and no draw will take place. The Promoter is not required to award the prize unless 1,000 eligible entries have been received. If the promotion is cancelled, a notice will be posted on gigged.fm and everyone on the waitlist will still receive updates about Gigged's launch.
Hitting 1,000 is the whole point of this promotion, so tell your friends. Forward gigged.fm to whoever you go to gigs with — every person who joins brings the draw one step closer to going ahead.
05The prize
One winner will receive two tickets to one live music event of their choosing, with a total value of up to £300 including tax and fees (approximately $390 USD, or the equivalent in the winner's local currency at the time of purchase).
The event must be a publicly available live music event taking place in the United Kingdom or the United States within 12 months of the draw date. Tickets must be available to buy at the time of purchase from a primary ticket seller or an official authorised resale platform. Unofficial secondary resale sites are not included. The winner must choose their event within 30 days of accepting the prize.
The most the Promoter will pay toward the prize, including ticketing fees and taxes, is £300 (approximately $390 USD). Any unused portion of this amount is forfeited and has no cash value.
The Promoter will buy the tickets on the winner's behalf, in the winner's name where the ticket seller allows it. The winner agrees to provide any details the seller requires, such as a name, email address or ticketing app account.
If the chosen event becomes unavailable or is cancelled before the tickets are bought, the winner may choose another qualifying event within the prize limit. If the event is cancelled after the tickets are bought, any refund will be returned to the Promoter, and the winner may choose a replacement qualifying event up to the refunded amount, subject to availability. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the tickets remain valid for the new date wherever the seller allows it.
The winner's guest must meet the venue's age and entry requirements, and the winner is responsible for their guest. Travel, accommodation, food, drink and any costs above £300 are not included and are the winner's responsibility. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
06How the winner is chosen
If 1,000 eligible entries have been received, one winner will be selected from all eligible entries using a verifiably random computerised process within 7 days of the closing date. If the promotion is cancelled under section 04, no draw will take place. The draw only goes ahead once 1,000 eligible entries have been received, so the odds of winning are 1 in 1,000.
The winner will be notified within 14 days of the draw by email, sent to the address used to enter. Before receiving the prize, the winner may be asked to confirm their eligibility and sign a short declaration of eligibility and liability release.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, if the notification email is returned as undeliverable, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may select an alternative winner by random draw.
07Publicity
The winner's first name and county or state may be published on Gigged's website and social channels. They will also be available on request by emailing hello@gigged.fm for 3 months after the draw. The winner may be invited to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion but is under no obligation to do so.
08Your data
Email addresses collected through the waitlist are used to administer this promotion and to send updates about Gigged's launch. They are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. You can ask for your data to be removed at any time by contacting the Promoter.
09Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:
- Entries that are lost, late, incomplete or not received because of technical failures.
- The event itself, including decisions by the artist, organiser, venue or ticket seller.
- Any loss, damage or injury arising from taking part in this promotion or attending the event.
Nothing in these rules limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10General
The Promoter will only amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, including fraud, technical failure or legal or regulatory requirements, or as expressly allowed by these rules, including cancellation under section 04. The Promoter may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or in breach of these rules.
For UK entrants, these rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For US entrants, all applicable federal, state and local laws apply, and any tax liability arising from the prize is the winner's responsibility.
